The two-story villa, which retains its historic façade, is completely renovated and fully equipped with all modern comforts including internet access, satellite television, and an infinity pool. Il Sambuco has 6 bedrooms, each with a private bath. Three of the upstairs bedrooms possess extraordinary views of the valley and the estate. The two downstairs bedrooms provide guests with private entrances.

All bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds. A large dining room abuts the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The living space includes two large entertaining rooms perfect for hosting private parties or relaxing with family and friends. One patio, covered with grapes and roses, with 2 large tables near the dining room is the perfect location for meals, the other is at the pool near the pizza oven.

The solar panel heated swimming pool gives you a breathtaking view across the valley, which extends from Radicofani to Pienza. Off to the side, is a small gym allowing guests the opportunity to exercise using top of the line weighted cable resistance training equipment.
