So happy we vacationed to this property in Sedona. Amazing space for a couple looking to get away. The Airbnb had a beautifully appointed and fresh living area, kitchen, sleeping area, and bathroom. There were incredible views, plentiful natural light, and extremely easy access to amazing hikes (including one 100 ft down the road) and downtown Sedona. The hosts were incredibly responsive. Couldn't recommend more; we'll definitely be back!

Sedona Vista Art Cottage is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing get-away. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood, but is also close to hiking trails, restaurants, galleries, etc. This cottage had a well-stocked kitchen and bath, was very clean and comfortable. The view of the red rocks is stunning. Mark is a great host and quickly responds to any questions or needs. This would definitely be our #1 preference for future stays in Sedona. Check out Casa Sedona B&B patio for the best breakfast in town.

The view is fabulous! The AirBnB was clean, pleasant, with usual amenities and also special touches like outdoors grill, patio area, and beautiful adjoining garden area. Very convenient location that’s close to a nice hiking trail, and the host supplied great information about the area sites, events, restaurants.

Beautiful place and prime location! Open concept and very clean. You get a gorgeous view of the red rocks right from the kitchen and much more as you go outside and walk around. Minutes from the main strip and so close to all the popular trails. Highly recommend this place!

We loved staying here. The area is very quite and great to relax after a day of hiking. Outside and had a small spot to have coffee or wine. We will be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s place; it was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable, including a nice outdoor space. The large picture windows were a treat! We loved watching the mountain-views change with the weather/time of day. The location is excellent, close enough to Sedona to walk to restaurants and shops, but far enough away to be a peaceful retreat. We would not hesitate to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kevin was very responsive and gave us several restaurant suggestions and ideas to try when there were hardly any reservations available due to busy season. The location is great. Very close to the middle of town.

My wife and I have stayed here twice now and both times have been amazing! The views alone make it worth it, but the great location and little touches Kevin and Mark put into the property make it feel like a truly specialized vacation. Just minutes from Tlaquepaque, Uptown Sedona, and all the best hikes, this little cottage is an incredible place to spend time away from home. Don’t hesitate, just book it!

Cute place for a couple and very clean! Well stocked Kitchen made cooking easy for us and being so close to hiking trails throughout Sedona gave us lots of time to enjoy the area and not sit in a car! Super comfy bed and pillows kept us well rested! We will be back!

A great location that is an enjoyable walk to Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, and many of the great restaurants in Sedona. Check in was very easy, and the place had all the amenities that we needed for a first trip to Sedona.

The casita was extremely clean and private. Fabulous location! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen amenities were plentiful to cook full meals. This casita was perfect for our getaway! View! Clean! Location! Quiet! We stayed 5 days and found it very central and convenient, quiet for relaxing in between excursions, spacious kitchen and just couldn't quit looking at the magnificent view! A great host and responded to questions fast and shared a few stories about the property with us outside on the patio. There's even a trailhead a few steps from the place. A great find!

This casita exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect with Sedona restaurants and shopping within a few miles and hiking right out the back door. In a perfect setting, the red rock views highlighted our mornings and evenings as we settled into this home away from home. We cooked a lot while there and found the kitchen well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable - had the best sleep in a long long time. We hiked every day and found the Brewer Trail that leads to Airport Mesa right behind the casita to be one of our favorites. It was a perfect vacation!
