Very nice, brick home, built in 1940 in Latonia/Covington. Lots of natural lighting, fenced in back yard, privacy fence, on a quiet, dead end street, walking distance to several cafe’s, churches, and a 2 min drive from golf course. Fully furnished, laundry facilities , on street parking. Back patio has a table, chairs, umbrella and a gas grill. Heavily wooded area, near a river, some wild life. A 15 min drive to Reds and Bengals stadiums, Hard Rock Casino, Riverdowns, Turfway Park, Riverbend Music Center, Belterra, Newport on the Levee, Mainstrasse Village. The Ark Encounter is about a 40 min drive, and the Creation Museum is a 25 min drive. Kings Island takes 45 minutes.

This property is historic and adorable! Emily is a wonderful host, the house is very large and stocked better than most rentals, the yard is fenced and perfect for your pup! The neighborhood is nice with a historic feel and very quiet. The house is 18 minutes from historic downtown Covington with many restaurants and pubs, most are dog friendly! A couple more minutes you are in downtown Cincinnati next to the ball fields and Ohio River. I highly recommend this property.

This pet friendly home is a treasure! While it has been beautifully renovated with updated kitchen and bathrooms, the original characteristics of this 100 year old home made it a favorite on my list of vacation rentals! The host, Emily lives next door and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our stay! The home was extremely clean and she also offered us delicious home grown tomatoes from the garden! We loved the peaceful backyard and patio and were grateful to have been able to bring our dog Zoey. The proximity to Cincinnati made it perfect for us to visit the fabulous Cinicinnati Zoo! We highly recommend this rental and would stay here again! Dianne O

This was our second stay at this super comfortable, quiet and immaculate home. Everything you might need is provided. Our dogs love the privacy fenced back yard- with beautiful views for us. I can't say enough about Emily, our host. She goes way above and beyond to make everything perfect. The house is a short driving distance to neighborhoods with great restaurants and close and convenient to Riverbend. And I need to mention again it is beautifully restored!

I can't say enough about how wonderful everything was. Our Host Emily when above and beyond. Everything you could possibly need was provided and then some. Better than a 5 hotel. We enjoyed all the original features with all the modern amenities. Oh, and yes, the house was very clean. Our pups came along and enjoyed the fenced backyard and we appreciated the doggie crates so we didn't need to bring ours. Thank you Emily.

This was a trip with myself, my grown daughter and her two dogs! This house is amazing!!! And Emily the host was fantastic!! They live next door so if we had any issues she was right there! Very pet friendly! The pups LOVED the fenced in back yard. We brought our own kennels but there are 2 kennels on site you can use! As well.as water/food bowls. We had stuff to do in Cincinnati and it was a easy drive everywhere we needed to go! We went to the Cincinnati zoo, took the pups to a Cincinnati Reds ball game (was bark in the park) and the Cincinnati museum! The beds are super comfortable! And there's everything from multiple types of shampoo to any utensils/cookware you need!!!!! Anytime we're traveling anywhere near Cincinnati this is our go to place if it's available! Make sure you read the info left on the counter! History of the house was fascinating! As well as where to go for pretty much anything!!!!!!

I had been searching for a while to find something that would be dog friendly and have a fenced in yard for my 2 small dogs. My son's family lives in the Cincinnati area and I needed a place to stay where I could easily visit them and stay for a longer time. I hit the jackpot with this listing. It will be my go-to spot for my visits. It had a walkable neighborhood and such a homey atmosphere. It was thoughtfully decorated and handsomely appointed.

Home had everything you will need and then some. Host lives next door and was shoveling snow off the street so we could have a place to park upon our arrival. Bedding super comfortable, all new appliances throughout, much work went into renovating this home and the hosts did a terrific job doing so.

This house built in the early 1900’s is solid as a rock and packed full of charm! One of the best stocked and nicest properties I have visited of the many years I’ve been traveling with VRBO. The host is absolutely delightful, even offering to let our pups out since we needed to be gone for a while for a wedding. She was accommodating in every way possible! The house is quiet with a good HVAC (being hot natured I appreciate that!). One of our group had been working a long run of days and needed to sleep late. The pocket door at the top of the stairs is heavy and the house was totally quiet upstairs even with other members of our party and dogs being up. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need and they even have condiments in the fridge. The fenced in back yard is perfect for a couple of dogs to get out their energy. The setting is under trees with birds and wildlife all around. Very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

C- Thank you for the 5 star review. It was very nice to meet you, your family , and all the dogs. I love to hear you used the pocket door on the second floor! Most people don’t even realize it’s there. I wish my house had one of those. You were wonderful to host and welcome back anytime you are in the area.

We live in the house next door. I’m a middle school teacher, also teach golf, coach archery. Scott is in construction /carpentry. We love being hosts, meeting new and interesting people, sharing some laughs and stories. We love to give recommendations to see different venues in the tristate area, and the many different varieties of restaurants in Covington/Northern Kentucky, Indiana and Cincinnati Ohio.

This 1904 brick house is cozy and quaint with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths . With a living room and dining room for 6 - 8. A breakfast bar and newly updated kitchen. The neighborhood is small, in the city limits but a country atmosphere. Many beautiful homes throughout the city of Covington.
