Location is everything! Romantic, epic top floor views in this beautifully furnished 1 bedroom condo. Located in building 18 at the Kiahuna Plantation Resort, Poipu's only condominium resort with a sandy beachfront (no street to cross).

Perfect location for swimming, surfing, snorkeling and has its own Beach Activity Center with complimentary chairs and towels.

Wonderful ocean breeze and open feel.

Loved the place, exactly as described and better

We, a family of 4 (two adults/two kids), stayed 5 nights. The minute we opened the door our vacation began: What a nice view. But the apartment is more than the view: Everything is very clean, in very good condition and thought trough in detail. The kitchen is well equipped, the living and dining room are just lovely, the bedroom is very comfortable and the kids slept great on the pop out sofa. When the kids were asleep we spent the evening out on the balcony, lots of room. The apartment complex is very well maintained and it is sharing a beach bay with the Sheraton hotel, we found our beach spot easily and the beach has never been crowded. Just minutes away is the Poipu Beach park and litteraly across the street a nice pool complex with a pool bar / restaurant. Also a great breakfast place is just across the street as well as a shopping mall. A further shopping mall as well as further island hot spots and restaurants are just minutes away. Easy parking right in front of the condo. Lots of clean BBQ places throughout the complex. Katalika has been a terrific host and answered our one request in no time. Other reviews reported about street noise, but we weren't bothered. We totally love the apartment. We visited 4 islands and rented 4 apartment, but living water paradise is our favorite. We definitely would book the place again.

Great property and location

We had the best time here! First of all, the pictures don't do the condo/apartment and grounds justice. It was very nice inside, had everything we needed, and the 4 of us were all comfortable. We appreciated the coffee that came with the room. The property grounds were just lovely, and had big, grassy areas for play, BBQ pits to enjoy, and we all worked out and played pickleball at the athletic center. The beach access was right there, with Hawaiin Monk Seals and turtles resting on the beach every day and night (very protected under the watchful eyes of knowledgable volunteers). The surf was rough when we were there (March), but that didn't stop us from enjoying the water. The beach chairs and boogie boards that came with the room were used every day. Beach towel service was another plus. The location was close to hiking (well, we hiked the Pihea trail, which was a drive to the west, but we were likely as close as we could be, and it was a beautiful drive and hike!), other beaches, great food trucks and shopping. John as a host was very easy to work with and communicate with. We'll be back! (Oh, and across the road...Little Fish Coffee Shop...5 stars also!)

Loved this home! Great view and location. Only thing to consider is stairs to 3rd level and no AC. Plenty of fans to keep us cool at night.

The Kiahuna plantation has been a special place to us. We have been coming to the islands for years and wanted to have the ability to share it with our friends and family. The private and beautiful resort is unique and absolutely worth visiting.

Remodeled, top floor and private. This romantic indoor/outdoor space in incredible. Full size kitchen and living space with A/C. When my wife and I saw this location we fell in love with it. The views are amazing and during whale season you can see them breach from the deck! There is no other property like this one!
