Mint Julep Vacation Rentals is a small, family-owned business rooted right here in Savannah. We focus exclusively on properties in Savannah and Tybee Island because this is our home, not just a market. We’ve each lived in Savannah for over 20 years and still live here today—working, playing, and spending our time downtown—so sharing this city comes naturally to us. We decided to rent our first home as a vacation rental because we wanted guests to experience Downtown Savannah the same way we do. When you stay with us, you’re not supporting distant corporate investors—you’re supporting a local family that truly cares about the homes we manage and the guests we welcome, offering personal service and genuine coastal Southern hospitality.

We chose the Starland District and Ardsley Park because they perfectly blend Savannah’s local character with a relaxed residential feel. These neighborhoods are known for their beautiful tree-lined streets, historic homes, and strong sense of community. You’ll be close to neighborhood parks, local restaurants, coffee shops, and some of Savannah’s most creative and vibrant spots, while still being just minutes from downtown and the Historic District. We love that guests can experience Savannah like a local—enjoying walkable streets, Southern charm, and an authentic, laid-back atmosphere that makes these areas so special.

Our home is thoughtfully decorated to be comfortable and welcoming for you and your family or friends. The living space is designed for relaxing and spending time together, whether that means gathering to chat or stretching out to watch a movie. We want you to truly unwind while you’re here—kick back, get cozy, and make yourself at home.
