3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Loved it!!

The house was wonderful! Very big and spacious, patio area was also very spacious especially with the pool and hot tub. Loved how clean and up kept it was! Would definitely rent again, very comfortable space for a relaxing getaway!

Great home

This home is great for a few people. It has all of the amenities, and the property manager is great and super responsive (he went out of his way to come to the house to fix a small problem). One thing I would suggest is to leave a few notes for future guests, explaining things like how to work the pool/hottub, what to do with trash, and any other things that might seem like common sense but are not :) great trip, though. Thank you!

Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage

Not bad, but not good

This is a tough review for me. The stay wasn't terrible, but it wasn't fantastic either. I won't duplicate what the others said other than I agree. I believe that the biggest issue is an odd one. The pictures of this unit were taken and enhanced in a way that I believe oversells the property. That is fine when you are dealing with real estate where a buyer will tour the property before completing the sale. I believe that doing that for a rental is disingenuous, because the renter has no way to back out of the transaction once they actually see the property. We went into this rental thinking that this was going to be an immaculate and exotic destination based on the pictures (and the extremely high price & fees) What we found was an old house that had been questionably flipped and several issues that still need to be worked out by the owner or management company. For example, the water heater was set too low and the mixing valve in the master shower is flipped, causing us to think that we had no hot water. We notified the management company who was quick to call us back, but we are unsure if anyone actually came out while we were gone. We returned home and the problem still existed, so I investigated myself and that is when I determined the problem with the flipped valve and water heater set at a dangerously low temperature (around 110 degrees, which allows for microorganism growth) Finding that out made us re-wash all of the dishes that we used. Speaking of dishes, we found a skillet and spatula which still had significant food on it. I get that you have to trust the previous renters to clean any dishes that they put away, but at least have your cleaning staff visually verify cleanliness. Also, way too many light switches. Please identify and label them for future guests. It took us a day or two to get oriented with all of the switches and even then, we were not able to identify a few. The pool and hot tub is decent, though I prefer the molded and jetted tubs over the site-built tubs. The jets were more for circulation than bubbles or pounding your back, and the controls were a disaster. First, you have to get out of the tub and go into the house to make any changes. And someone has programmed it poorly. It would turn off when we were using it and turn on at night and run all night! And there are no instructions, so we had to decipher it for ourselves. Listings like this are why we are leaving VRBO and run from Vacasa
