**THIS IS A LEGAL VACATION RENTAL** Alohana at Palms Waikiki 310 is a beautifully remodeled hotel-style studio at the ideally located Aqua Palms. Includes a private lanai, full bath, partial ocean views and kitchenette. Free reserved parking for one vehicle and access to on-site pool, sundeck, grill and paid laundry. Ideally located steps away from Waikiki Beach, Hilton Hawaiian Village and Bay, Ala Moana Center and Beach Park, Fort DeRussy and more.
This home is a remodeled studio at the Aqua Palms that sleeps 4. Features access to on-site pool, sundeck and reserved parking for one vehicle. This unit is on the 9th floor. Elevators available.
This suite has a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, cups, coffee mugs.
For sleeping accommodations there is a queen sleeper sofa that will sleep 2 and a King size bed that will sleep 2, small closet, TV, private lanai with outdoor seating for 2, indoor seating for 2, Wi-Fi, cable and ac.
The Bathroom has a tub with shower and 4 complete sets of bath towels ( Bath, hand and face towels). We also provide 4 beach towels for your convenience.
The lanai has a partial ocean view and 2 chairs
On-site paid laundry on 3rd floor, Free WiFi & Cable TV , Building supplied central AC, One free parking space included with the rental price. Sundeck with grilling area, pool, ATM.
Located in the Lobby is an IHOP Restaurant.

Located right on Ala Moana Blvd, this property is in walking distance to the west end of Waikiki Beach. Ala Moana Shopping Center is also a short walk away and there are many restaurants nearby
