Welcome to Alma Azul, a light-filled flat on the 10th floor of a tree-lined residence in San Juan Playa, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Designed as a real marine cocoon, it plunges you into a soft, soothing atmosphere inspired by the world of surfing and shades of blue. From the living room, you can enjoy uninterrupted views over the town and the resort's Mediterranean gardens, for a stay that combines sea and tranquillity.

The flat comprises a spacious living room with a TV area, wifi, integrated air conditioning and elegant, sea-themed decor. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc. The bedroom, decorated in a surf & blue light style, offers comfortable sleeping accommodation and a cosy atmosphere. A modern bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and storage completes the accommodation.

Located in the Club de la Mar complex, you will have access to a wide range of leisure facilities: a large swimming pool, a children's pool, play areas, a tennis court, a skate park, a football pitch and vast green spaces planted with Mediterranean trees. Whether you're a couple or a family, everything you need for a sunny, sporty and relaxing holiday, just a stone's throw from the sea.

Please note that there is no private parking, but it is possible to park on the street or in the public car parks.

## Access
Travellers will have access to the entire ALMA AZUL flat, located on the 10th floor of a quiet residential building (with lift). On arrival, one of our city managers will welcome you in person to hand over the keys, show you around the flat and answer any initial questions you may have. A warm welcome to get your stay off to a great start!

The tramway is just 300 metres on foot from the flat, giving you easy access to the city centre, the beaches and Alicante's main points of interest. We are available throughout your stay to help you if you need assistance.

TRAVELLER APPLICATION

As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive privileged access to this application, facilitating your communication with our teams, as well as access to essential information about the accommodation and its surroundings.

SERVICES
You will have access to an online service shop enabling you to book any services you may need before and during your stay: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Current regulations require all travellers to register in advance. To gain access to the flat, it will be necessary to have correctly completed the check-in process with a check-in link sent prior to arrival.

The area is well served by public transport, with the tram nearby taking you to the centre of Alicante in just a few minutes. Nearby, you'll also find typical restaurants, seaside cafés, supermarkets and all the shops you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
The Alma Azul flat is easily accessible by any means of transport.

-By car: free parking is available around the residence. Access from the A-70 motorway is fast and well signposted.

-By train: Alicante central station (RENFE) is around 20 minutes away by car.

By plane: Alicante-Elche airport is a 25-minute drive away. Taxis, shuttles and VTC services are available on arrival.

-By public transport: the nearest tram station is just a few minutes' walk away, providing easy access to Alicante city centre and other Costa Blanca beaches.
