Shower is not the greatest and beach chairs provided aren’t the best. But overall great stay. Great location, lots of towels, amazing pool and porch.

Perfect fit for our family of 3❤️

We loved the location right across from the bay and being close to Bean Point, which became our favorite beach. The 2 bedrooms were very spacious and was the perfect size for our family. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing location!

The location of this property is amazing and so convenient to the beach. Nothing blocks your view! The cottage is cozy and just what we needed as a family of four. The wagon, chairs, and cooler provided were also great to have.

Thank you, Sandy, for taking the time to write a review about your stay at Coquina Cottage A. So sorry that you found the screened in porch a little dirty. Just let us know next time you stay with us, so we have the opportunity to come back and clean it better. Being right across the street from the park on the Bay beaches, the sand tends to blow in some. We can absolutely discuss celling fans with the owners - let us know which room/s you would like them in? We really appreciate it, and we hope to see you again soon on our beautiful Island. It truly is a special place that offers so much fun and relaxation. Please let us know when you would like to come back to AMI as we offer a Return Guest discount. Great location

Great location right across the road from the bay, close to restaurants as well. We had a couple minor issues, but Duncan was very responsive to make everything right as quickly as possible. Highly recommend any Duncan property. The pool was newly built and a great addition. It was perfect for the windy days where the beach wasn’t ideal.

Fantastic week in a fantastic cottage

My friend and I brought our daughters for their senior spring break! The house was perfect for our stay! Location was great, bay view, easy walk to city pier, pine street and bean point beaches! Kitchen is small but very functional and very well stocked! There are no board games or cards provided so if you like games in the evenings you may want to take your own! Amenities did not mention hairdryer but there is one so no need to pack one! The host, Duncan Realtor, was fantastic and much appreciated!!! Planning another trip in July and very possibly staying here again! It was a great trip!

Thank you so much, Kristen, for taking the time to write a review about your stay at Coquina Cottage A. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed this cottage with a Bay view. What a fun trip and lots of memories with a mother/daughter trip. Didn't you also zip all over the Island in your golf cart? Best way to explore! We will recommend some board games to the owners - and please call us next time if you cannot find something like a hair dryer. That's definitely one of our standard items and we would have brought one for you. We would love to welcome you again! 4 Stars

The property was very clean and kept us satisfied during our week long stay. We also enjoyed the pool. However, the house was not worth the amount of money we paid for the week. It definitely needs some updates throughout. We could hear the upstairs floorboards creak every time the other occupants moved. The house is also situated on a busy and loud front street. Overall, 4/5 stars.

Thank you so much, Kendra, for taking the time to write a review about your stay at Coquina Cottage A. We are very happy to hear that you found this home very clean and that you were comfortable during your stay. We are sorry that you had a bit of a noisy experience. The current owner made lots of recent upgrades and added the awesome pool in the back of the property. So conveniently located across from the Bay beaches - you are right, it gets busy during the weekend when locals come out. During the week - nice and peaceful usually. We will let the owner know that you think some better insulation between the floors would be a good addition. We would love to welcome you again!
