Welcome to your mountain home away from home!  The house has a spacious two story deck nestled in a grove of mature trees providing winter views, fall foliage, and spring and summer solace.
Upstairs you will find a well-equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and the main bedroom with a king size bed. Downstairs you will find the entertainment room with a big screen TV and space for board games, puzzles, yoga, etc, as well as the Green Room with 2 full beds and the Frida Room with a queen size bed and a twin size pull out couch.

Deerwood Park is a quiet gated mountain community located in Piney Creek NC, almost walking distance from the Virginia state line. The community is adjacent to the New River State Park (NC), and a short drive from Stone Mountain State Park (NC) and Grayson Highlands State Park (VA). These parks provide a wealth of opportunities for hiking, tubing, mountain biking and rock climbing. The home also has easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, one of the most scenic roadways in the US. The nearby towns of Sparta and West Jefferson provide grocery stores, restaurants, and farmer’s markets.
