Will definitely stay here again! Very clean, very comfortable beds and the neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant with families out walking dogs. Great front porch !

Everything was great. The only thing to note is the train horn — it passes by fairly often during both day and night, and light-medium sleepers may notice it. Aside from that, the property is exactly as described: clean, hot showers, laundry, a full kitchen for cooking, and cold AC.

Excellent location & cute home

Super easy to get to & check in. Very easily walkable to the center town of San Marco with many cute shops, coffee spots & restaurants. House had comfy beds & a large living area to chill in. Overall great host & place to stay for a fun weekend getaway.

49ers game trip

Perfect location nice and quiet not far from the football stadium and eating places. The was clean and had everything we needed the only thing i would say is needed is replacing of the broken blinds that was already broken.

Family Time In Jax

Everything about our stay was exactly as advertised! The TVs were a bit of a challenge for my father to operate, but we worked it out. Lastly, but most importantly…the beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced in any place not our home, EVER!! A+

San Marco cutie

Cute little home with many rooms. Short walk to San Marco square area. Interesting neighborhood to walk around, with nice park nearby. Appreciate that it was dog friemdly, only wish the backyard was fenced all the way around.

Jumbo shrimp

3 of us came to visit our friend, who works for Jumbo Shrimp. Proximity to downtown, nearby food and stadium was excellent. Only downside is the untimely trains. But nothing they could do about this.

Nice and clean

The place was clean and nice. Perfect for what we needed. Located 5 minutes away from downtown. Publix is a 5 minute walk. One thing is the train the goes by late hours of night. But it went by quick and we got used to it. Would totally stay there again.

Great Little House Near Downtown Jax

I was in town for business but needed to take my dog so a house was preferable. The place was perfect. Everything was clean and organized. The main bedroom has an adjacent huge office area. The owners were very helpful. My only minor negative comment is I wish the yard was fully fenced.

Great Location and Excellent Hosts

This location is ideal and the house is super cute with all the amenities you need. We stayed here for a business trip and it was perfect for our needs. I made an error when booking and booked the wrong dates - arrived at the airport and realized the error. Made a quick phone call to VRBO who gave me the contact number of the host and they were kind enough to change the dates. No hassle at all. I will definitely stay here again when in Jax.

The house looks a lot cleaner and nicer in the photos. It is in a great location but the house is OLD and falling apart. Holes in the bathroom wall, the door to the master area doesn’t close (we had to put something behind it to keep it shut when the kids were napping). The shower curtains are so small you feel like you’re showering inside a rain jacket, can’t keep lift your elbows up to wash your hair without hitting all of the plastic. Multiple outlets/lights that don’t work. One great thing about the house is the walk-ability and location. It is by a train that was VERY loud multiple times a day.

As with many vacation rentals, early check-ins are based on availability and scheduling and may require an additional fee depending on timing and operational adjustments needed. We did review the home following your stay and did not find the major concerns referenced in the review, nor were these issues reported to our team during the reservation which unfortunately limited our ability to address or improve anything in real time. The home continues to be accurately represented in the listing photos and has been enjoyed by many guests. Good solid base for a visit

Nothing too fancy. AC was a blessing for us northerners. Good location to stores and shops and the venue for graduation. House is older, but well kept. The ice dispenser in the fridge wasn't working, but you could still get the ice from inside.

A place to lite to get ready for the night.

Older well kept house. Backs up to a school and nice redone house in upward transitioning neighborhood. We walked to the small business district where we ate. Beds were comfortable as was the sitting area. The kitchen was not too well stocked with cooking item so best be looking to eat out. No grill and outside porch is small. Claw foot tub is a challenge getting in and out and there is no rubber mat to keep you from slipping.
