The house is a new construction from top to bottom that was finished in December of 2021. The place is perfect for large groups who are looking for a nice place to work and getaway. There is over 3000+ sq ft of living space perfect to accommodate any needs. There are many dedicated workspaces in bedrooms as well as plenty of lounges and workspaces in open living areas. The house is perfect for large family gatherings and corporate getaways.

This place has a strict NO HOUSE PARTY rule. Please follow the house rules, eviction or being asked to leave is strictly enforced when breaking this rule. Smoking inside is also prohibited. Failure to follow may risk charges to the security deposit. We also ask guests to please respect noise levels as we have children and elderly neighbors.

Located conveniently on the border of San Francisco, allows for easy access into the city and as well as the South Bay. We are only 10 mins away from SFO airport and a 10 min walk from the Bart/bus station. Downtown SF is 15 minutes away. Additionally, this home is minutes away from In-N-Out, McDonald's, supermarkets, multiple Targets, and many restaurants within walkable distance.

I handpicked each and every piece of furniture inside the property with the guest's overall experience in mind. The spacious 3,000+ square feet of living space allows guests not to feel cramped. In addition, the property to the 8 bedrooms, each and every bedroom has a dedicated legal full restroom, meaning no more having to fight for the bathroom!
