You’ll love the relaxed, welcoming feel of this spacious country home with its wraparound deck and hot tub overlooking the Sacramento River. Built for comfort and convenience rather than flash, “Frankie’s” is all about space, warmth, and togetherness—perfect for large groups, family gatherings, and kids.
With two floors and an expansive deck surrounded by tall pines, guests can spread out or come together naturally. The large living room features a rock fireplace, flat-screen TV, and sliding doors leading to the deck for BBQs and relaxing under the trees. The kitchen is designed for entertaining, complete with a wine fridge, keg cooler, and everything needed for family meals, game days, or weekend fun.
Downstairs includes two bedrooms and two full baths—one with a king bed and heated floors, the other with a queen. Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms, a half bath, and a cozy family room with a large TV—an ideal hangout for kids or late-night movies.
Located in a quiet North Dunsmuir neighborhood, the home is just minutes from the City Pool, Botanical Gardens, and great local dining at The Dunsmuir Brewery Works and Yaks. The area also offers excellent fishing spots, swimming holes, and easy access to The Fly Shop.
Please note: a train passes along the river below, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. Up to two dogs are welcome with a pet fee ($40 per pet per stay). The hot tub is included and ready for you to unwind under the stars.
