Our vacation rental is located in the gorgeous, Miramar Beach area, in Surfside Resort.

Enjoy your vacation experience in Miramar Beach in our beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with sweeping unobstructed gulf-front views from living room and both bedrooms.

Our vacation rental offers a fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Everything that you will need to cook with for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Enjoy waking up to the stunning panoramic gulf-front views in our spacious master bedroom suite with a flat screen TV, large, lighted walk-in closet, private bathroom, and access to the main balcony.

Surfside is our favorite condo resort and this unit was one of the nicest we have stayed in. Great location within the resort and spectacular views! Great communication from the host. Easy check-in and check-out. We really appreciate the ability to park our car in a garage, which is a rarity at the beach.

Loved this Condo. Perfect location to watch the sun rise each morning. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in many different condos, mostly located at the Seascape Resort area, but this was one of the best.

Great stay. We got to see the sunrise every morning! We hated to leave. Everything was perfect. Only thing I’m sad about is we can’t come back next year to the same unit because it got booked before we were able to rent for next year.

Perfect Place

Wow what a gorgeous condo! The view was amazing! Deverra-Desin y was very well appointed, well stocked with all our needs! I fell in love the minute I came through the door! Perfect week!

Can’t speak highly enough about Deverra Destin-y. Mandy is absolutely amazing to work with and so helpful. The room is absolutely stunning with the most beautiful views. Very spacious and a great balcony to relax on! The room comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella which was amazing. There are also beach toys and things for the kids already in the room. Minutes away from any shopping or restaurants. We literally can’t express how much fun we had! It was also such a blessing that the resort is very strict on not having tents blocking views bc so many parts of the beaches were clearly overcrowded and ours was just perfect. They also do a fun bonfire weeknights and the kids loved that! Thanks for having us! We will be back!

A place where we needed nothing!

Surfside 1205 had a surprisingly well stocked kitchen with any appliances you needed was available. Bedding and seating areas were very comfortable. Forget some beach toys, even those are available. Owner real easy to work with answering any necessary questions. Convenience to ocean, provided beach chairs, and on-site resteraunt a plus.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is amazing, and the views from the condo are breathtaking. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Easy check-in Amazing location-beautiful condo

This was an amazing stay. Two of the biggest benefits of staying here are 1- the cross walk to the private beach and 2-the onsite restaurant. There are other great benefits like the view and the owner. Amazing views- we saw the largest pod of dolphins. And we watched dolphins from the balcony almost daily. The owner is attentive and easy to contact and responsive. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The chairs in living area are awesome. Oh and the free beach chairs and umbrella. So cool. I am extremely picky about beds due to spine issues, the beds in the two bed room are perfect. I will suggest if you run hot, bring an oscillating fan as the two bed room does not get as cool as the rest of the condo. There is a small fan in the condo but it doesn’t oscillate.

Very comfortable condo, everything we would need for a month and a half was furnished. My favorite space was the balcony. Beautiful sunrises and saw dolphins 15 times. Great view of the gulf. Enjoyed the pool, 2 hot tubs, restaurant and bar on the beach. Our stay here was Paradise!

Ocean views are Magnificent!

This 2 BR, 2BA condo is comfortable and spacious. Of course, the views are unbelievable from every window. The owners have thought of everything including beach towels, throw blankets, a fully stocked kitchen and smart TV's. Mandy makes the checkin and checkout process easy. We had an amazing time at Mandy and Otto's place. We ended up coming a day late and since the front desk was not open on Sunday both Mandy and Otto were super helpful in making sure we were able to get to the beach and enjoy the start of our trip! Place was as advertised, super clean and well kept. Beds were SUPER comfortable. Thanks!

Just like the pictures!

Often, the pictures of a property are enhanced or taken in a certain way that makes it look better than it actually is. Believe it or not, this property EXCEEDED the beautiful pictures shown. This was just an incredible trip in every way. We drove from Syracuse, NY and were amazed at the ease of traffic both ways. The beautiful property with the huge, roomy balcony, and amazing views from awakening to bed was absolutely perfect. There was so much to do and all close by. Love the beach bar, and also walked to Surf Hut on one side and The Whale's Tail on the other. Also, it was wonderful not having to lug chairs and umbrella's to the beach and back. We had a fun filled vacation, and still need to go back to check out the Sport's Deck, hot tub, Spa, and so much more. Thank you Mandy and Otto for sharing your place with us!

We are the Mutzberg Family and live in Georgia. Otto is a engineer in Atlanta, Mandy is a Nurse Midwife. Otto's favorite hobby is offshore fishing, and Mandy's is relaxing at the beach, so naturally, Destin, with it's breathtaking beaches, is one of our favorite vacation spots.

ABOUT THE NAME: The previous condo owner was Mandy's Nurse-Midwife colleague & mentor, who quickly became a close friend. She actually delivered our first baby! When we bought the condo from them, Mandy knew she had to incorporate something to do with their work into giving the condo a name. Mandy learned that "Deverra" was the Roman Goddess who protected midwives and women in labor....so the name "Deverra Destin-y" was born (see what I did there?)!

We were fortunate enough to have enjoyed this condo at Surfside as renters for years before the owners offered to sell it to us as their family outgrew it. This condo is where both our kids saw the ocean for the first time & these sugar white beaches are where they first felt sand between their toes. Mandy rented this unit from the previous owner both times she was on maternity leave, so both our kids were brought here at just a few weeks old. We could not pass up the opportunity the keep the condo in our "family".

Our goal is to share our "home away from home" with you and help you create relaxing family memories as we have.

Our condo complex is family friendly. We have breathtaking views from every room so even from inside the condo, you have 360* views of the turquoise waters of the gulf. Interior hallways from the elevators to the condo offers safety, climate control and convenience, giving it a resort feel, unlike many condos in FL with lengthy elevator lines and outdoor entry. The beach bar and 3 viewing decks offer spectacular views of sunrise and sunset. This amenity, which draws crowds from all over, is right at your doorstep. The resort has fabulous amenities described above. Our private beach is absolutely stunning and includes daily beach set up, 2 chairs and an umbrella, which we prepaid for our guests' enjoyment. Even the pool and hot tubs feature panoramic views and breathtaking sunset views. We are centrally located so it is very convenient to all Destin has to offer, but a little further from the congestion and 24/7 activity and noise of Destin Harbor. Restaurants and activities are within minutes from the condo and the beach and pool are right at our doorstep.
