Windows needed cleaning. Pool tiles need replacing They had sharp edges and very slippery for kids. Other than that the house was very comfortable. Loved the balcony on top. Hot tub was nice and the decor inside was pleasing.

The balcony, hot tub, and coastal feel of Called in Sic by AMI Accommodations sound like they made the home a comfortable spot to unwind, Elaine. We appreciate you pointing out the windows and pool area as well. Being on a barrier island, salt air and summer storms can leave windows needing extra attention, and we have professional window cleaning planned after hurricane season. We’re also looking forward to the upcoming pool-area update, which will replace the tile with turf and eliminate those sharp, slippery edges. this was a great house to rent for our family of 8, including 2 teenaged boys.short walk to beaches. The house also has 6 chairs for the beach, pull cart to load them in. Just need umbrellas and a cooler and you're on your way. BabyQuip supplied our items, as promised and picked up as scheduled.Nice pool and spa. Garage is actually a great playroom, with a 2nd refrigerator.Pretty private setting as well.

Our family loved this house. Our kids and grandkids (ages 3.5, 18 mo, 3 mo) all had a great time. Every square inch of this house is maximized for your enjoyment from rooftop deck to outdoor dining, hot tub, putting green, beautiful pool that is nicely shaded by the deck. There is also a nice cover area by the pool and great game room. Close enough to walk to beach and shops. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this house. Loved the view from the rooftop while sipping our coffee. The proximity to Bean Point Beach was fantastic. Close to restaurants. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and games. Comfortable beds. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Loved the color of the decor, the "eagles' nest", and the pool. Everything worked perfectly.The only negative was the ants in the kitchen near the faucet and the bugs in the 3rd bathroom upstairs.

Perfect spot!

Perfect place for our family! The pool area was amazing! Great quiet location! Place had everything you needed! Only downfall was the scare of Covid-19....perfect place for us to quarantine for a week with family! Hope we can stay longer next time! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Amazing location!

This property was amazing. Plenty of space for couples but also would have been great with kids too. We especially loved having the pool, and really enjoyed the view from the rooftop deck. The location is perfect with a very short walk or bike ride to multiple access points to the beach. We would definitely return to this wonderful location!

Fabulous for Girls Trip or Large Family

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Called in Sic. Comfortable beds, lots of amenities, easy walk to the beach, great pool and hot tub. The outside and garage “playroom” set up is great for both kids and adults. We will definitely come back!

Great stay. The place was clean and well maintained and close to the beach. The property managers were very communicative. The hot tub and pool were perfect. A very safe lay out for small children. The only downside was that the house was not stocked with the essentials-- they give you a nice little welcome starter box with travel size supplies, but if you stay more than a couple days, you likely will need to buy dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, salt, trash bags, etc. Many places are like this and I still rate the listing 5 stars! But it was notable as our primary complaint and may be helpful for others to know in advance.
