You will love the open floor plan and spacious living room and bedrooms with ocean life décor carried throughout of this two-story home. Cable and Wi-Fi are available in the condo with a TV in each bedroom. Gather everyone in the living room to watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV while lounging on the couches and two rockers/recliners. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals such as spacious Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four. Take your coffee out to the private patio to sip in the ocean breeze while sitting on the outdoor furniture. The downstairs master bedroom (BR1) consists of a King size bed, nightstand, a chest, a closet, a desk/chair and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tiled tub/shower and a new full-size stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. Venture upstairs to the Loft area ( made up of a Twin over Full bunk bed, a Queen bed, nightstand, chest, closet and a wall-mounted TV. The third bedroom (BR2) includes a King bed, nightstands, a chest and a closet. The ensuite bathroom contains a vanity and a tile shower. Take in views of the community pond from the private balcony with outdoor seating. Use the golf cart accessible boardwalk to spend a day at the beach. Cool off in the shared pool, just steps out the patio door, or sit under the covered area with shared charcoal grills for cooking up the day's catch. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.
