The main living area features an oversized leather sectional and TV, and just around the corner is the adorably sunny galley kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a snack or a feast. If you've got work to do, there are two desk areas within the condo where you can set up your command center, and there's a lovely private patio as well if you'd prefer to work outside–or just relax and enjoy the sunshine. And, with a convenient central Scottsdale location.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than 6 adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
