Lincoln Park is one of the most coveted areas to live or stay in Chicago. DePaul University is less than a block away. Lincoln Park Zoo, the Lakefront, Second City, Park West are a few of the places just within a mile.
Within walking distance you will find coffee shops, grocers, fine, casual and specialty dining, bars, boutiques ,salons, spas, and yoga/workout studios.
You'll find everything you need in our casual, cozy digs.....but, the adventures of the city are just a quick Uber away!

When you walk in on the first floor level, the hallway to the 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths are in front of you. To your right is the the view of the living room, kitchen and half bath. The first bedroom has a King sized bed, TV, twin bunk beds, and a large closet. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a closet. Across the hall from those bedrooms is a bathroom with a large glass enclosed shower. The third bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a large walk in closet, plus it's own full bathroom with a shallow tub/shower.
The stairs will then take you to the street level living space which features a 20 plus foot vaulted ceiling with original brickwork (1939). It is an open concept kitchen/dining/living room. The living room has a couch and chair and cozy rug for viewing the TV. The dining room has seating for 8. The kitchen is well stocked, and equipped, and has a huge pantry for extra storage. Past the kitchen is the half bath and a door that leads to a laundry room. The washer and dryer are for your use, however it is a space that is shared with our two wonderful neighbors.

If booking is cancelled after 24 hours of booking, we will keep 3% of the payment due to charges acquired by issuing the refund.
