Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire condo, private outdoor deck, community indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, shared hot tub, and ski locker. You will also have access to one free parking space in the underground parking.

The Main Street Historic District is a short 8-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. Getting Around:

Park City Main Street Historic District is a short 8-minute free bus ride with Park City Mountain stop on the Green route only a 1-minute walk from the condo. Payday Express Lift, located steps away from the entrance of the condo, will bring you to the best ski resorts in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs.
