Public boat ramp is conveniently located at the end of the street to launch your boat. There is also a public lot across the street to park and store your trailer. A fish cleaning station is located on the dock for your convenience as well a gazabo. Condo is well equipped with all the comforts of home including Cable TV, Wi-Fi, and new Memory Foam mattresses with plenty of fresh linens. Kitchen is fully stocked and has a Coffee Maker, Air Fryer, Kitchen Aid Mixer, Keurig and Ninja Blender. Brand new full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Newly installed security cameras on the exterior of the property. There are also plenty of wonderful restaurants in Steinhatchee if you don't feel like cooking after a long day of fun in the sun. Waters Edge is located right next door and has a bait and tackle store. There is an elevator in the building to help assist in bring up your belongings. No boat, no problem, Sea Hag is located right across the river, and they rent boats. Steinhatchee is a wonderful town to visit.
