The Space:

The historic Downtown area is just a short 4 minute drive or a lovely 20 minute walk through the charming neighborhoods.
Take a ride on the Old Town Trolley (only a few minute walk to the nearest stop) to see everything the city has to offer before stopping in for drinks at The Tini Martini Bar overlooking the water – the perfect way to end each day in the Oldest City.

Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just a few minutes from the flat.
The flat is located right in the heart of Uptown St Augustine just a few minutes’ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, as well as local eateries from pizza to fine dining — such as the beautiful Raintree Restaurant (a 3 minute walk away) and the delicious Luli’s cupcakes (5 min walk).
Head south along San Marco Ave where you will find all sorts of innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops selling everything from furniture to flowers, books, ice cream, cupcakes, art and then wind up in the downtown Historic District (20 min walk) which is a whole other adventure.
Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. These include the Abbott Tract Historic District, Matanzas Bay, Pine, San Marco, Shenandoah Aves and the Nelmar Terrace Historic District.
Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum and monument.

The city is very walkable and we also have Uber or Lyft. There is a trolley stop at the end of the street at the Mission de Nombres.
