After the beach or a game on the courts, step onto your large private screened patio overlooking the community lake — perfect for morning coffee, an evening drink or simply relaxing in the Florida breeze. There's even a George Foreman Grill for easy outdoor cooking.
Coco Villa enjoys an exceptional location beside Carlin Park and just across from Jupiter Beach, with the sand, walking trails, restaurants and many of Jupiter's attractions close by.
Inside, Coco Villa has been professionally designed and furnished to POSHPADZ standards, combining a fresh contemporary interior with the comfort of a real home. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and accommodation for up to 4 guests, it's ideal for couples, families and longer stays.

Starter Essentials:
Every POSHPADZ property includes a starter supply of essentials: two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent and starter garbage bags.
Baby equipment including cribs, car seats, strollers and toys can also be rented locally through BabyQuip.
Important Information:
There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change). HOA documents must be completed and returned in order to obtain a parking permit. Vehicles without a permit may be towed, and POSHPADZ cannot accept responsibility for towing charges.
Trucks, RVs, vans and commercial vehicles are not permitted in the community.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property.
The latest normal check-in time is 9:00 PM. Arrivals after 9:00 PM are subject to a $150 late-night check-in fee in accordance with the rental agreement.
Arrivals on December 25 and January 1 are subject to a $150 holiday convenience fee.
