The floor plan, including 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, gives you plenty of space to gather or find a cozy place to curl up and read. The main living level includes: full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and tile floor, dining and game tables, living room with fireplace, master bedroom (king) with full bath, additional second bath and laundry. Two car garage allows for off-road parking. The best 'room' in the house is the large, partially covered deck on the water -- the perfect place in any weather to visit, enjoy the scenery or just relax, The other 3 bedrooms are on the upper level (all with water front views) -- one with queen and two twin beds, one with king bed and one with two twin beds.

Boaters, kayakers, jet skiers and kite boarders enjoy their sports on the Canal without the crowds. Our 80 degree summer days warm the waters making swimming here the best you'll find in Puget Sound. Appreciators of wildlife will enjoy the antics of otters and seals, the majestic flight of eagles, the fishing finesse of the blue heron and tireless activity of kingfishers and many other birds and ducks.
