The peaceful primary bedroom includes a California king bed and a 32-inch TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. You’ll find quiet privacy in the second and third bedrooms, each of which is outfitted with a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. The spacious fourth bedroom provides plenty of space to socialize. Serve beverages at the wet bar with a mini-fridge, then relax in the plush seating area. Watch favorite shows on the 37” TV. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
