While the dunes obstruct your view of the ocean, this beachfront condo is ideally located right on the sand. As you come home from a day spent swimming or boogie boarding, you'll be greeted by air conditioning, a washer/dryer for your swimsuits, and free WiFi to make sharing photos a breeze. Worcester House is an oceanfront property that's conveniently located in midtown Ocean City (51st Street). Seacrets is only blocks away, as are a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, conveniences, mini-golf courses, and other sources of entertainment.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
