Remodeled main level in 2019 with a modern mountain design, Kit & Cub-oodle is a 3 bedroom with 3.5 bathrooms with superb views available for rent in the Whistler neighborhood, near the base of the ski area. A private hot tub, 2 car garage and yard with open space out the back are just some of the features of this unique property. With the remodel of the 3 full bathrooms and bedrooms in the Fall of 2024, this property is perfect for those who want a contemporary look!
Walk in the front door to a bright, open custom kitchen, living and dining space. The kitchen includes a built in Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, Wolf induction stovetop with oven, Asko Dishwasher and seating for 3 at the island. Take in the ski area views from the dining table or while lounging on the sectional in the living room. Outside seating on the patio is accessible from the sliding door off the dining room. The private 6 person hot tub and gas grill are conveniently located just outside the kitchen. Rounding out the first floor is a half bathroom and the 2-car garage with plenty of storage and hooks for all your gear, winter or summer!
Head up the first flight of stairs to an open hallway with the primary bedroom to the right with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Left of the hallway, is the bunk room which includes 2 sets of new bunks, each with a twin over full size bed plus the ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has deck access and a ceiling fan. The primary also has a gas fireplace, double sinks in the bathroom and plenty of closet space. The third floor of this townhome includes the 3rd bedroom with 1 king bed, a working desk, an ensuite bath with double sinks and the full size washer and dryer.
The benefits of the location of this property include proximity to the stop for the free bus to the ski area or downtown. Another amazing amenity is a trail that runs along the property connecting to the Steamboat Springs Core Trail system, taking you to Whistler Park, Walton Creek or the Yampa River.
*** PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING PARKING RESTRICTIONS: this property has a 2 car limit and both vehicles must fit in the garage. The area outside the garage is part of a fire lane. Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).
