Wonderful, cozy home with comfortable beds and everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed walking around the nearby parks and to J&B Coffee that was just around the corner from the property. We’ll book here again.

This house was indeed charming. It was everything I had hoped for and more. My family used this as a central gathering place for family in town for a memorial service. We loved everything about the house, especially the backyard seating area and fire pit. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The host had alot of necessities available, (dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trashbags etc...) which was nice because we didn't have to go out and buy them.

Great house, great neighborhood!

This house was a perfect fit for the 5 of us adults. Nice layout and very convenient to Tech and surrounding area. Plus a couple of great walking parks nearby.

Great older remodeled house. One tv in den. Good for a trip to tech and u have a dog. Nice back yard

House is close to a park where u can take your dog. Neighborhood a bit sketchy but looks like new owners are remodeling houses and trying to improve it. Overall good place to stay close to tech— again if u don’t want to stay in hotel and u have pets. 👍

Happy we booked

Charming, comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated. Great location in regards to being close to TTU. Spacious with ample storage in bedrooms, baths, and kitchen. Fully stocked home (laundry supplies, k-cups, & cleaning supplies). Lovely back deck with grill. We booked the house multiple times for 2022 TTU football games and so glad we did. Happy to get to go back!

We were very pleased with the home . It offered every amenity we needed , except, the television did not offer local Tv news . Unless we did navigate it correctly .

Great Hub City Launchpad

We were in town for the Lubbock Arts Festival and this home was the perfect spot to spend the week in town. We appreciated the great communal space indoors and outdoors to spend time together when not at the festival. The house is a quick walk away from some fantastic bakeries, coffee shops, and breweries. The neighborhood was lively with lots of folks walking their dogs and jogging, but still very quiet at night. It is a stones throw from Texas Tech and only 10 minutes away from the convention center. We'll absolutely give this home first priority when planning next year's stay for the Lubbock Arts Festival.

Relaxing at Tech Terrace

We enjoyed a relaxing get-away at the Tech Terrace house while visiting our daughter who is a Tech student. The owners of this home have done an excellent job renovating and updating the property, while leaving the charm of its original design. The beds were comfortable, and the cleanliness of the property was spot on- and I’m particular about this! We appreciated the kitchen being supplied with all of the supplies to cook. The dining area was fun for game night- and we enjoyed the morning sun in that room while drinking our coffee. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
