Nestled at the base of Snow King Mountain, this home is ideally situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood within 2 blocks of the new gondola, 10-minute walk to Town Square and hiking & biking out the front door.  The upper section of this newly renovated home sleeps six with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, pull-out queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen and open-plan living room/ dining area comprising approximately 1,000 sq ft of living space.
30% monthly discount. Ideal for remote work and work/play vacation.
Please note that per County & Town regulations we may rent only once per 31-day cycle. Guests will need to sign rental agreement after booking on VRBO.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, attached full bath (two sinks, shower & tub), closet, dresser and motorized sit/ stand desk.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser and twin-size fold out sleeper seat perfect for little ones.
Off the hallway there is a common bathroom with shower.
The open kitchen is fully appointed with gas range/ oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, ample cookware, flatware, cutlery, stemware, glasses, mixing bowls, knives, etc. The main kitchen counter has a seating area with four bar stools.
The dining area has a rustic tree trunk table that seats six.
The living room has two large, comfortable couches with alpaca throw blankets. One of the couches is a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. There are two leather easy chairs and a flat screen smart TV with standard cable and access to numerous internet video streaming services (may require your own account).
Accommodations are rounded-out by a covered front porch with gas barbecue grill, shared mud room with dedicated changing bench and cubby storage, and a shared laundry with full-size washer and dryer.
Note that there is a security camera located outside on the front porch that monitors the front door. There are no cameras inside the home.
The unit comes with one outdoor, uncovered parking spot. Street parking is available but not permitted Nov-April between 3:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. for snow plowing. Free, 48-hour, covered parking is available in the public garage on Millward St. at Simpson Ave.
Guest will need to sign a 3-page rental agreement directly with Owner to complete booking. It will be presented upon booking and signed via DocuSign after VRBO booking.
An onsite Host couple lives in the lower section of the home accessed by a separate entrance. There is no shared living space.

Your onsite Hosts, Emma and Sam, will greet you at check-in, answer questions, resolve any issues that might arise and ensure you have everything needed to enjoy your stay in Jackson. Originally hailing from New England, their love for the mountains drew them to Jackson after college and they've stayed since, making Jackson home with their dog and best friend, Crosby. Both strive to give back to their community, and work full time for local non-profits. They are also part time ski patrollers at Jackson's town hill, Snow King, and coach for local soccer and lacrosse programs. The outdoors is their playground in all seasons and they spend their free time skiing, trail running, paddling, biking and camping in the Tetons.
