This incredible townhome conveniently situated just south of downtown Nashville, within walking distance to Geodis Park. Explore nearby vibrant neighborhoods like Wedgewood Houston, The Gulch, 12th South, and Edgehill. Just steps from one of Nashville’s best coffee shops!

If you have a large group that needs more space we have an identical size unit 2 door down. Just ask us how you can add it on!

This townhome is three floors. When you walk in, you directly go up the stairs, to the "second floor", which features the kitchen, living room (sleeper sofa), dining room, and the first bedroom (King bed) and full bathroom. The second set of stairs, take you up to the "third floor" which has the second bedroom that consists of 4 queen beds. Three are in the main area of the bedroom and 1 is in a space that used to be used as a closet. There is also a large full bathroom and a balcony off of this floor for you to enjoy.

Guest have access to entire townhome

We are not on the property, however we are local and available any time.

This Condo is located less than a mile from the Newest and Largest Soccer Stadium in the US, Nashville SC.
Located about 2 miles from Broadway, Midtown, and less than 5 miles from most other pockets in the Nashville area.
There is also Poppy and Peep (chocolate shop), and a great coffee shop steps away!

Uber and Lyft are available 24hrs a day.

We also do have free parking on the property (up to 2 spaces)

You will have a keyless entry code for easy access and check-in/out.
There is plenty of free parking in the huge lot adjacent to the unit, or in the round about right out front.

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guest amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
