Designed with families and couples in mind, the bedrooms are situated for maximum privacy, while the kitchen and entertainment areas are perfect for casual gatherings or quality time with your loved ones.

Our property extends into open green space, but ends at a gravel line in our backyard, ensuring your privacy during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals and features brand-new supplies, a Keurig and drip coffee machine, and a lovely breakfast nook.

Brand new washer and dryer and a steamer for clothing are available for your convenience, and hangers are provided in all bedroom closets.

Outside, you can cook delicious meals on the brand-new propane BBQ grill, enjoy outdoor dining at the dining table off the back patio, or simply relax and take in the stunning views.

Parking is a breeze with a garage that can fit two vehicles, and a driveway that can fit two more.

We provide free high-speed internet, a smart TV with Netflix, garage parking for two vehicles, driveway parking for two more, hair dryers, a propane barbecue grill, snow removal in winter, freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests, and a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, laundry pods, dish soap, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.

Please note that most homes in Flagstaff do not have central air conditioning, but we've equipped our home with multiple portable units and plenty of fans to keep you cool on warmer days during the mild summer climate.
