The well-appointed kitchen boasts a large center island with bar seating, granite countertops, a high-end gas range, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and all the supplies needed to prepare a meal for your group. There's also a formal dining space with seating for 7 along with a half bathroom.

The bright and airy ambiance extends into the master bedroom, where you will find the ocean views, a luxurious king bed, large flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. All 3 of the guest bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and a double bunk room) are located downstairs; each designed as a private retreat with ensuite bathrooms, flatscreen TVs, and ceiling fans. We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, soaps, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
