Located Ocean block 43rd street this home offers 2 large bedrooms updated master bath with large walk in shower, hall bath with tub/shower and separate laundry room. The spacious living room has two sleep sofas. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a large island to enjoy big family breakfasts or seafood dinners. The wrap around deck has tons of seating for a crab feast or to grille up some burgers!! Located midtown you are in walking distance to many restaurants 45th Tap house, Seacrets on 49th. Enjoy a family
round of mini golf at Nick's then grab an ice cream at Dumser's on 49th.

Awesome house

We had a great time. Jennifer was very attentive and the house was conveniently located close to the beach and to stores/restaurants. We were really excited to try the hot tub mentioned on the listing but there was not one. Besides that everything else was as described. We definitely recommend this place!

Gorgeous Ocean Views

Our family had the most superb stay! The house was so clean! The rooms were very spacious and bright. The kitchen was fabulous for entertaining. The outdoor deck was great to hang out on. Jennifer was so helpful and answered all our questions quickly. The best part was the short walk to the beach! All nine of us felt right at home!

A few steps from the beach, great place!

Overall a great experience. The property owner was extremely communicative and helpful. The house was very clean and well organized, located right next to the beach! The house has lots of outdoor space with a lovely wrap around porch. There were only a couple of downsides: We were driving from 8 hours away and only found out on our way out that the property manager wanted to meet us to let us in yet we would be arriving late- there was no way to let yourself in using a door code or key lock with combination. She very kindly left the key tucked somewhere for us, but I wish it had been easier to gain access (without having to inconvenience someone). Second, there were a couple small maintenance issues (the sliding closet doors in the master bedroom are off the hinges for example, and there was a large door stop to help hold the doors open when you put clothes away, and several broken blinds, things like that). Nothing that affects the overall function of the house, but still things that need repair. We would stay there again for sure. Thank you!

Great place

The place is a great location. Plenty of room for my family. The only big issue was the linen package. There were no hand towels or wash clothes. I would think they would be provided for both bathrooms.

Review

I stayed here for almost 4 days and I was extremely happy with my stay. There was 9 people total, 2 of them being kids under 3 years old. There was more than brought space for all of us. My favorite part was that the beach was right there. Overall my family and I were very comfortable and happy. The owner gave us every we need including toilet paper, Wi-Fi, towels, and her phone number in case we needed anything. The house was so beautiful! Thank you!!

Awesome Experience!

Our stay was lovely! The property is clean and very close to the beach. There is a mini-golf near by and also a lot of restaurants. It was perfect for our party of 9 including kids. Highly recommend!

2 king bedrooms, very nice property perfect for two couples, or multiple adults.

Clean comfortable, one rustic bedroom and bathroom one cool modern bedroom and bathroom. nice to have two bedrooms with king beds . Too many other listings have twin or bunk beds

Wonderful property

We rented this under last minute rentals and it was perfect! It’s a beautiful home and worked out wonderful for my family 9 adults, a toddler and a baby, location was very close to the beach and everything we wanted to do.

Perfect house for a family vacation

This house was perfect for our long weekend at the beach. We stayed with an other family and had the best time! The house is so close to the beach and was located in a section that was less crowded than the surrounding area. Jennifer was so accommodating, had great communication and welcomed us upon arrival. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for us!!!

First off-- the location is PERFECT. There is beach access on every street and everyone spreads out nicely. You can only cross the main road at certain streets and ours was not one of them so we definitely had more space than some other areas nearby. The walk is short and super convenient-- it made it really easy to walk back to the house for a bathroom break or lunch. The house is super cute and very clean. We spent a lot of time on the big porch- with all of the comfy furniture and big umbrellas it was really comfortable. The host was awesome and responded promptly to any questions we had. THANK YOU FOR A FANTASTIC STAY!
