The private apartment is self-contained. You have your own entrance which leads into the sitting room, where you have a long bench-cushion couch, and entrance into a full-size bath.

Next to a small hall area with a small table and two chairs, is a kitchenette, fully outfitted with an induction stovetop, air fryer/convection oven, microwave, sink, and nice sized refrigerator. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with two windows overlooking magnificent views.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a (movable) desk/table overlooking a beautiful view, if you just had to bring work with you. There is also lots of closet space to tuck away your suitcases and clothes.

A BBQ and smoker are outside in a private patio. Nonperishable leftover condiments may be present in the apartment.

A small washer/spinner is available in the laundry shed near your door.

Well-behaved dog(s) w/ approval at OK. Be aware, however, there is no fence. With coyotes and birds of prey in the country, they must be well contained by you. Please clean up after your dog(s) around the house. Owners are not responsible for pets or children.

We are in the country, expect a slower and friendly pace. 🤗
