An exceptional location that is literally steps from the ski trail that leads you to the NEW Sundance Express lift. This third floor condo boasts 18-22 foot cathedral ceilings with 3 sky lights, 3 generous bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a cozy stone fireplace. We've added a new sectional sofa, 4K 70 inch LED Samsung TV with 130 channels, Ethan Allen Girard reclaimed wood coffee and end tables to our living space. Our newly renovated kitchen features quartz counter tops, large fire clay sink with industrial style faucet. Samsung dishwasher, microwave and induction stove.

A full size French door LG refrigerator complements the updated appliances. Our kitchen is equipped with induction cookware, new Keurig, coffee maker, waffle iron, slow cooker and Lenox dinnerware. A large reclaimed wood dining table with six chairs welcomes family meals. Marty the Moose, as we've named him, overlooks the open concept kitchen, dining and living area.

The master bedroom features a new Ethan Allen bedroom set with king size Serta mattress and two inch pillow top to ensure a good nights sleep after a long day on the slopes. iPhone charging station, flat screen tv and extra blankets are included. A custom built barn door leads you to the fully renovated master bedroom. Custom tile, sliding shower door and radiant heat flooring to keep your toes toasty warm on those cold winter days. The LED vanity mirror is dimmable with anti-fog, color temperature, clock and built in outlets. The walk in master closet houses a full-size stackable LG washer and dryer.

The second bedroom on the first floor has a brand new queen size bed with Serta pillow top mattress, nightstand and dresser. The closet is not accessible to guests. A rain head shower, custom tile and radiant heat flooring complete the hallway bathroom.

The mudroom area has black shiplap, bench, coat closet and boot trays.

Our private second floor offers a third bedroom and third bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed with Serta pillow top mattress, three draw night stand, one guest closet complete with extra blankets, towels and games (second closet is not accessible to guests). The third bathroom offers radiant heat flooring, custom tile, sliding shower door, LED mirror with anti-fog, dimmable, color temperature, clock and outlet.

In order to provide our guests with the best experience, we've upgraded your stay to include access to Seasons brand new Sports Center that boasts indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna, gym (yes, it includes Peloton bikes) game room for your added enjoyment, outdoor fire pit and outdoor bbq and kitchen area.

Unlike other condo's we provide access to our ski locker so you can easily store your gear and head over to the slopes.

By far the best feature, and reason we bought this unit, is our location! We are the only community on Mount Snow with true ski on ski off access. The slopes are literally a few steps away and the new high speed Sundance Express lift. No need to drive to the mountain and pay for parking!
