We allow dogs only as pets, no more than 2 pets per stay, extra non refundable fee of $100 per pet for the stay.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Kindly avoid smoking indoors! Any evidence of smoking will incur a fee to cover odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★
The entire region is very hilly and can be challenging to navigate.

We recommend downloading an "offline map" in your Maps program. It will let you navigate our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell coverage.

To do this, it's easy:

1. Open the Maps app and log in.

2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out so that the map you see contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom way out because it'll get everything in between.

3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., select "Download Offline Map > Download."
On Android: Tap the name, select Download, click Download
