This spacious, functional apartment has been completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed for two people and extremely comfortable new bedding, 2 bathrooms, toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a smart TV.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find :

- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV and a double sofa bed convertible for two,
- two bedrooms with a queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- a storage space,
- Two bathrooms with shower, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- a washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Housekeeping: Our professional cleaning team will prepare the apartment before your arrival and ensure it is pristine for your departure.

Family-Friendly Amenities:
Cot and High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not included.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit and Additional Charges:
Security Deposit: A €500 deposit is required, payable online via credit card through SWIKLY. This will be refunded within 8-14 days after departure, provided there is no damage.

Extra Fees:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Smoking in the apartment: €450.
Extra key service (for stays of 15 days or more): Available on request.
Lost keys (left on the door or inside): Fees range from €100 to €500 depending on the type of key.

Guidelines and Responsibilities:
Keys: Please do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment.
Noise: Maintain a quiet environment to respect our neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from your deposit.
Building Work: Please note there may be construction work in the building, for which we are not responsible.

Internet Use:
Connection: Avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not liable for any internet connection issues.

Age Requirement:
Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 23 years old to reserve the apartment. Underage guests must be accompanied by an adult meeting this requirement. No refunds will be issued for non-compliance with this rule.
