Pool is located on the backside of the chapel. You can drive or walk down to the pool and enjoy a cool dip during your vacation stay.

Two floors of living space offer privacy for everyone with separate master bedroom suites including balcony decks to enjoy the awesome mountain views from. The upstairs master bedroom balcony has a large hot tub for relaxing after a day of adventure. Heaven's Window is a perfect location for your vacation as it is only a few miles from the parkway and centrally located to Sevierville, Townsend and Gatlinburg. Our luxury log cabin aptly named 'Heavens Window' is the perfect getaway for both couples and families alike. We are located in the log home community of Black Bear Ridge Resort. Amenities include two master suites with handcrafted king size log beds and private bathrooms along with satellite TVs in both. Wi-Fi is installed in the cabin for access to the internet. Extra sleeping is provided with two sofa bed couches for those traveling with children. Nice wide paved road to the cabin for safety with a large parking pad out front.

This cabin's back balcony deck oversees the beautiful copper topped wedding chapel and reception area. Perfect lodging for the wedding party or for their guests to stay. You will love the stone fireplace, hardwood floors and charm in 'Heaven's Window' cabin.

Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall it is a perfect time to visit the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee! Hope to see you soon!

Views were great! Owner was very easy to reach! Loved the game room. Bedrooms were spacious. Fireplace was wonderful! We were snowed in and had the most wonderful family time! Would definitely stay here again!! Beautiful cabin!

Great space with a few glitches

Hello! We absolutely loved our time, but there are a few important things the owner needs to know about and repair. The first is the most important because it could be significantly dangerous for young children. One of the posts on the deck three stories up is missing. It’s repaired with a single small piece of wood from corner to corner, fine for adults, but it could be deadly for preschoolers, toddlers or infants who could easily fall through the space. We lost some groceries we left on the kitchen counter because the faucet leaked and pooled on the counter and dripped onto the floor. Our best guess is that if you run water and have pressure on the faucet, it must leak at the base. The washing machine didn’t spin or drain and overflowed into the closet and carpet. You want that to be repaired. The refrigerator was set too cold when we arrived. We didn’t know that and consequently lost much of our produce because it froze. We were also really bummed that our last evening’s dinner plans had to be changed. We planned to grill, turned the grill on to preheat effortlessly. But before we could put the meat on the grill, we were out of gas and had no replacement tank. We didn’t use it any other time, so there was practically no gas in the tank. We were able to pivot, but our final dinner wasn’t what we planned. Maybe having a spare tank on hand would be a good idea? And we saw that we had WiFi, but it didn’t even work for anyone’s phones, and only after arriving did we learn that streaming wasn't available, which forced us to give up our planned movie night to watch Steel Magnolias together. I would suggest dropping whatever service you are paying for, because it was worthless in any capacity. To advertise that you have it, and then not to have it work, isn’t very good. A small detail: there was a toothpaste cap I’m the sink in the master bath. It is a beautiful space and clean! We were thrilled to be able to find such a lovely home to accommodate the six of us for our first ever sisters trip. The views are beautiful, although we suggest you trim the tree that blocks the view for half of the deck. The hot tub was great, but we think directions would be a good idea. Only the sister with a hot tub could figure out the panel and make it work, otherwise we would t have figured it out on our own. Having pool access was awesome! We loved our time. But also want you to know about the issues in this beautiful home.

Beautiful Views!

This was a great spot to stay away from the busy crowds but still close to everything! The views were amazing, no matter what time of day! Our family of 5 had plenty of space to relax and make memories with room to spare. The owner is helpful, kind, and easy to reach. We recommend this spot to all!

What we enjoy the most while staying at our log cabin home is sitting in the hot tub on the deck way late at night and looking at the lights across the rolling hills of the mountains. The view is breathtaking and truly feels like we are at 'Heaven's Window'!
