Camp Inspiration is located just a block away from the Kayak launch area of Lake Pagosa and another block or so from the fishing dam. It's a great location for winter and summer activities and has a rare to find fenced yard for your dog pet.

This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is all on one level. As you enter the home in the living room, you'll notice that this room has a mini split AC unit to cool down the living areas of the home. The living room has a large Smart TV with sound system, a gas fireplace/stove and opens to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is large with an island and is well stocked cooking and cabinet items.

Down the hall are the 3 bedrooms. The first room is a twin room with a desk and monitor to use. The next is a queen bedroom with another desk with monitor to use. The final bedroom is a king bed with a private full bath. The laundry and 2nd full bathroom are located in the hall. There is a roll-away bed for the 6th guest.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

The backyard is large and is fully fenced. The 1 car garage is for you to use and there are 2 spaces to park in front.

This home is pet friendly, 2 dog max, with a $75 fee per dog and another $100 refundable deposit per dog. Ask for better details.
