My accommodation consists of: A large bright living room with these 2 large windows, high ceilings, a kitchen area, a shower room + WC and a large office ideal for telecommuting. There is also a large mezzanine serving as a sleeping area and a dressing room. The apartment with double-glazed windows is on the side of the quiet building.

2 powerful fans against the heat.
Flat is on the fourth floor without elevator.

The Opera district is one of the most popular in the city. Located just behind the Cours Honoré d'Estienne d'Orves, a stone throw from the Old Port, the location combines calm and hyper proximity. It is a very lively district, teeming with shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques. It is an excellent base if you want to discover the city on foot. Enjoy the sun and reach the Old Port in less than 3 minutes You benefit from privileged access to all the major points of interest (tourist sites, cinema, restaurants, bars, parks, terraces of the Old Port or the Stade Vélodrome) , on foot or by public transport such as: - The superb theater "La Criée" - The Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Garde - Le Panier - Le Mucem -.

IMPORTANT: INSTRUCTIONS AND INTERNAL RULES:
We wish to preserve the tranquility of the place and the state of the apartment, we expect our guests to pay attention and care to their measure! A meticulous inventory will be made before and after your stay.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the accommodation. If these measures are not respected: 200 € will be taken from the deposit.
- Parties and parties strictly prohibited. If these measures are not respected: 200 € will be taken from the deposit.
- No noise or rowdiness at late hours (after 10 p.m.). If these measures are not respected: 200 € will be taken from the deposit.
- No animals. If this measure is not respected and we find suspicious hair or feathers: 150 € will be taken from the deposit.

Any violation of the rules, incivility, damage, will immediately be the subject of a dispute and a request for retention of your deposit from Airbnb. (degraded accommodation, accommodation left very dirty, smell of cigarettes, ashes or cigarette butts, complaint from the neighborhood, etc.)
IMPORTANT: HOUSEHOLD:
Cleaning fees include:
- Complete cleaning before your arrival
- An inventory
- Your welcome by a host. As well as its availability throughout your stay to help or guide you. Please feel free to send them all.
Your requests.
- The supply of household linen: sheets, towels, tea towels...
You will have at your disposal a towel per person, a complete set per bed, a bath mat and 2 tea towels.
(please do not use the sheets stored in the cupboards, they are intended for future travellers) In the event of household linen being used without authorization, an amount of €5 per item used may be requested!
- The supply of basic consumables: toilet paper, household products, coffee, olive oil, salt pepper, soap, coffee and tea as far as possible (depending on stock).
- Cleaning when you leave
(PLEASE NOTE the departure cleaning does NOT include the DISHES which must be clean and tidy when you leave, we also ask you to rid the house of your waste and throw away the garbage.)
Any need for additional cleaning time (dishes not done or apartment left extremely dirty or messy) will also result in the deduction of an additional cleaning fee via your deposit up to an additional €20/h billed by our service provider.
The apartment is managed by your host whom we call Keeper. He is at your disposal throughout your stay, he takes care of the cleaning, your reception and your departure. Do not hesitate to share your feelings about the service offered with your Keeper in order to improve it.
For all additional services, we invite you to contact your Keeper. In most cases, they will honor your request. (Reservation of taxis or restaurants, shopping, flowers, trips...).
