Old mill guesthouse

Ancient watermill in the heart of the countryside, just a 5-minute drive from Vidauban. The property includes a larger main house where the hosts live and an attached guesthouse. The guesthouse has its own separate entrance, ensuring complete privacy. There is a pottery workshop, and private lessons can be booked for an additional fee.

**The accommodation**
The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, oven, stovetop, and fridge-freezer.
There is a front garden with a clothesline for drying laundry.
The house includes a shower room/WC, dining room, billiard bar, and a living room with a sofa bed. There are 2 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds and another upstairs with a double bed. Wi-Fi is available, with air conditioning upstairs and fans downstairs. The house stays naturally cooler during the summer months due to its thick stone walls.
Outside, there is a table and chairs, a barbecue, and a trampoline. There is also a lake with a rowing boat.
A canal runs through the property and under the house, which could pose a danger to young children. Therefore, children must be supervised at all times.

*The lake is fed by a canal from the Argens River. The canal is closed for 2 months each year for cleaning. These dates are not set by us but by the canal association. During the cleaning period, the lake will be empty.*
