The space
The Red Fern Hotel is a completely renovated two-bedroom apartment by high school sweethearts Bryce and Brielle with a goal to beautify Ottumwa.

This space is fitted for a party of one to four, with 1 queen-sized bed, 1 twin-size bed, and 1 futon (additional sheets/pillows included). It also has a kitchen which includes a stove, oven, full-size fridge, dishware, pots and pans, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a full bath/shower and washer/dryer. Be sure to make use of the back deck to hang out with friends during good weather! This space is air-conditioned and heated, both of which the guest have full control of.

Off-road parking is available directly behind the garage doors. Please leave the half circle drive free. This house apartment has 2 sets of two stairs, so this space is not handicap accessible as stairs must be taken to access the apartment.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house apartment suite, front yard, and back deck!

Guests do not have access to the garage, garage loft, or parking in the half circle drive.
