The Space:
LIVING AREA
The light-filled living room features 10’ ceilings, high-end furnishings, and a remote-controlled electric fireplace. The cocktail bar has everything you need to enjoy a delightful après-ski happy hour.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef’s kitchen features ample cookware, helpful gadgets, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a fully stocked coffee and tea bar. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for four or gather at the dining table for eight.
BED & BATH
This three-story home sleeps 10 guests between four bedrooms. Each bathroom is fully stocked with everything you need.

Parking is provided for four smaller vehicles (two in the driveway and two in the garage). Guest parking spots are also available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The garage includes a mounted ski/snowboard rack, boot trays and a heavy-duty coat rack.

This home is less than a 10-minute drive to world-class skiing at Park City and Deer Valley, as well as the incredible restaurants, local art galleries, and lively nightlife of historic Main Street.
In warmer months, cruise the trails of Deer Valley on mountain bikes, discover stunning hikes, or launch a paddleboard from the Jordanelle Reservoir.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire three-story town home and two-car garage with the exception of an owner's lockout closet on the first floor.

Getting Around:
While this home isn't close to any mass transit stops, the location is perfect for a passing by ride-share. Or remove the need for another party and rent a car knowing a private garage will keep it safe and dry.
Other Things to Note:
At Wasatch Homes and Land Property Management, we provide all paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, soaps, detergents, and coffee for our guests. It's our pleasure to alleviate the need for a grocery run for those to get in late and those who just want to show up and enjoy the space!
The newly opened Black Rock Ridge Resort and Hotel is right down the street and offers restaurants, a spa and fantastic places to spend an evening close to the rental. There is a restaurant and a bar located inside of the building that are highly recommended.

While we expect everything to be perfect for our guest prior to arrival, there are unforeseen circumstances sometimes out of our control! Luckily, we are located not far from this property and can be available if and when needed!
