Location, location, location! Nothing makes a stay in Breckenridge better than having great access to the slopes and downtown. And if it’s a beautifully remodeled condo like Park Place Pikes Peak Condo, your family and friends are going to love it even more!
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is the perfect getaway for groups of up to eight – and with both bedrooms being suites with private bathrooms, it’s also perfect for two couples/families to share! In the living area, you’ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace with gorgeous stacked stone. There’s also lots of seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain.
The fully equipped, updated kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed. There’s room for six at the dining table four more at the breakfast bar. Or if you feel like dining out, you’ll love being just steps from all the restaurants and shops Main Street Breckenridge has to offer, as well as having easy access to the free shuttle to take you around town and the mountain in both the summer and winter!
This condo is a short walk (or shuttle ride) from the Snowflake lift. You can also ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to the condo. The complex features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.
