This three-story Gambrel style chalet, which is fully furnished from top to bottom with everything you need to make the most of your vacation, comes with three decks as well as an 8-person spa (with privacy wall) all of which provide beautiful, panoramic mountain and ski views! Our Chalet has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a pool table, game room, two fireplaces, a large kitchen, dining area and living room – and we believe our Chalet is big enough for your entire family to enjoy! The game room can function as a 5th Bedroom with it's sofa bed and attached Full Bathroom. This Chalet sits on top of Moonridge, perfectly situated with stunning views of both ski resorts. From spending the day on the slopes to relaxing in the spa or in front of one of the fireplaces while taking in the breathtaking views from the wide-open windows and high vaulted ceilings – this chalet will help you create many cherished memories for years to come.

The main level features a living room with vaulted ceilings, a dining area with a large table and substantial seating, a gracious fireplace, kitchen, and a full bathroom with a separate shower and jetted bathtub. A bedroom with one king bed with direct access to the full bathroom. The kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances comes fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, slow cooker, coffee maker and many more amenities to make your stay stress-free and enjoyable.

Downstairs you will find the pool table, mounted smart televisions equipped with cable programming, game room, bar, lower Hammock Terrence that leads directly to the private spa deck as well as full bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms each with a queen bed and mounted smart television equipped with cable programming, a full bathroom with shower, and a bunk room with 5 twin beds, bean bag chairs, a mounted smart television equipped with cable programming, a Wii and four Wii remotes for your gamers!

Note: County rules limit occupancy to 10 persons and parking to 3 vehicles. 3rd parking spot is located on property, parallel to street, parking on the street is prohibited. Anyone found to be in violation by the county could face an enforcement action to address the violation.

Cleaning: our Chalet is professionally cleaned between each vacation rental, which includes the following: surface disinfection – extra attention to high-touch areas such as doorknobs, drawer pulls, the toilet flush lever, faucet handles, remote controls, and light switches. Clean towels and linens are provided for each stay. We provide an array of cleaning supplies to include disposable paper towels, hand soaps, toilet paper, and shampoo and conditioner in each shower.

All guests must ensure all trash is removed upon departure as Big Bear City does not provide trash removal for rentals; therefore, all guests are required to take their trash to either 41790 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 or 39690 Big Bear Blvd., Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. *A $20 per bag of trash will be withheld from the deposit for any garbage left at the chalet.
