We had an absolutely beautiful stay at Casa Kristina! Erica and Ryan were excellent and easy to work with. Waking up every morning to the crashing ocean waves and warm breeze were just what our friends and family needed. The beds and furniture were comfy and plentiful. There’s a couple of cute restaurants and a coffee/smoothie shop right around the corner which we found awesome. The beaches, just steps away were perfect. The pool and balconies were used constantly. If you are looking to get away from it all and relax with your group, you will most certainly find that here. 100 stars!

Beautiful house in Rincon

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Kristina. Loved the view from the upstairs deck. Sandy beach is just steps away and a very nice beach. Nice snorkeling at Steps beach. Ryan and Erica were very helpful.

Good Stay!

Property was nice and a good stay. Check in and out was very easy! Property was great. There is a downstairs and upstairs but they do not connect on interior. Beach was close and overall Eincon was a fun place. Would stay here again..

We had an amazing time at Casa Kristina. The view from the deck is stellar!!!!!! Most amazing sunsets. The house was amazing with a nice pool to take a dip in after the beach which is a 2 minute walk from Casa Kristina. The property managers were super attentive and made the process seamless!

Great Place

We had such a great time. The house and pool were perfect for the kids( and adults). There was plenty of area for everyone to have their own space if needed. We enjoyed eating and hanging out near the pool. The house was super close to a couple beaches and it was easy to get to town. We can’t wait to go back!

Awesome time at Casa Kristina

My group of 5 friends really enjoyed our time at Casa Kristina. The property is at a great location with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony. Thank you for providing an amazing home! The view and location is fantastic being just steps from the beaches including awesome sunsets. House was clean and the the AC units kept the house nice and cool. The area itself is quite unique in a great way…walking distance to gift shops, restaurants and bars, or a short drive down into the city for more options. Highly recommend Casa Kristina!

Amazing Location

The outdoor space at this house is amazing. Spent a ton of time at the pool and sitting on the veranda on the second floor watching the waves. Loved having the beach, coffee shop, bagel shop and several restaurants within steps. The hosts are very responsive and helpful with suggestions during the stay. Would 100% return to this house.

This home was perfect

This home was perfect. This was our 3rd trip to Rincon, so we were familiar with the area, however you never know until you get there how accurate the listing is. It was exactly as described. You can not beat the location for the price - easy walk to 2 beaches with an ocean view right out front. Also, easy to walk to several restaurants and shops. We will be back.

Classic Rincon Beach Home

Perfect location next to the beach with sweeping views of the ocean. Very well appointed property lacking nothing. The pool was wonderful with associated large area to entertain our family and cookout. Ryan, Erica and their team were exceptional in their responsiveness to any needs or questions we posed. 10/10. Making Memories

As we pulled up to the house it was way more than we expected! We came with children of all ages and they all immediately jumped in the pool and began exploring the beaches. Casa Kristina has moda e for everyone and the town is a delight. I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella for sure! I will definitely be back!

Fabulous property and location

Two families with 9 people including 3 teens - property was perfect. Space to congregate or retreat if you needed some space. Kitchens and grill were used but also lots of local meals. Sitting on upper balcony looking at the waves was peaceful. We saw whales and sunsets at Pools Beach, played in waves on Sandy Beach, surfed at Domes Beach and snorkeled at Steps Beach. Location was perfect for our group. Already thinking about our next visit.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I wish you would have notified us during your stay, we would have been more than happy to troubleshoot the hot water issue. Future guests, we do a thorough check of the house before each reservation to make sure things are in working order, but sometimes things malfunction unpredictably during a stay. We have no way of knowing this without being informed by our guests. We ask you to please contact us immediately if there is something out of order and we will do everything humanly possible to get it fixed asap. You are not bothering us, you are actually helping! We truly care and want you to be happy :)

Awesome spot.

Our family (two adults, two children under 4) along with a similar family stayed at Casa Kristina in February. The house was perfect for us. Very close to lots of cool stuff in Sandy Beach (Big Kahuna, Tamboo, Pool Bar, Casa Islena...) and not to mention Sandy Beach and Pools Beach too. You can still hear Tamboo bumping at night, but its not enough to keep you awake. The view from the upstairs balcony is perfect, pool and patio areas were clean and he AC in the bedrooms kept the house very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Amazing location!

We were a group of 11 girls and slept comfortably at Casa Kristina with only a few guests having to share beds. We visited Rincon on spring break without a car and had no trouble. Casa Kristina was in walking distance to bars and restaurants and cabs were very affordable and easy to contact if we had to go into town. We were thrilled to have two beaches nearly 500 ft. away from us in either direction- great snorkeling, surfing, sunbathing. The view of the ocean from the house was amazing to wake up to every morning. The neighbors and all of the locals in Rincon were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!
