This studio, located at the first floor of the building with no lift, is composed as followed :

- Opened kitchen with dishwasher, micro-wave, coffee machine, kettle, stoves, ustensiles
- Bathroom with shower, toilets, sink
- Storage area for your clothes during your stay

This apartment has AC and an independent private laundry room with a washing machine, iron table, hanging line. This laundry room is located on the ground floor of the building but not inside of the apartment.

Travellers have access to the entire accomodation.

Guests will be able to contact our staff a few days before arrival to confirm their check in time. If they want to arrive later than 8, please see with the staff our to proceed to a self check in there.
Our staff will remain available through out guests' stay to ensure the quality of their trip !

The accommodation is air conditioned and bright.

The furniture is new and the apartment very clean. It is located on the 1st floor of the building without lift.

No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee upon arrival. One paper roll of toilet paper.
Cleaning fee is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. One towel per person.
