Thanks Seth! We're so glad you and your family enjoyed your visit to this home :-)

Thanks for your feedback Hadley! We will certainly look into what's going on with the upstairs tub. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you on future trips to Highlands

Thank you so much Jenny! We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again in Highlands ^-^

Thank you David! We're so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay at this home :-)

Thank you Wendy! That portable unit actually needs to be removed since there is Central AC in the house now, so we have arranged for that with our maintenance team. We appreciate your feedback and are happy you enjoyed your stay!

Thank you for your feedback! The lowest level of the home is a fully separate apartment that is for owner use only, so not accessible to guests and it does not have any access into the main house. We do maintain the side yard and access to the lower deck, but the only path directly to the river is across the neighboring homes' yard and not included in the listing. We are working on a solution to make parking access more open and clear. We are glad you enjoyed the home and appreciate the honest feedback on your experience! Feel free to reach out to our office if you have any additional questions/concerns.

Thanks for your feedback Heather! The owners of Mill Creek have acknowledged that the road needs attention and are working together to have it re-graded to manage the water buildup/runoff and make access to the homes easier. We'll bring your TV suggestions up to the owner as well. We're glad you enjoyed your stay either way!

Thank you so much for the kind feedback! We're thrilled you enjoyed the location. Your suggestion about adding a full-length mirror is wonderful and very practical—we'll definitely pass this along to our team for consideration. We appreciate guests like you who help us improve the experience. We'd love to welcome you back soon!
