Booking Long Beach August 18, 2025 - April 2026 SEE DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING

The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026. Materials for this project will be delivered on August 4th. The setup for the renovation will be August 04-18, and the renovation will begin on August 18th. This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. All heated pools are closed October 20-November 28. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Beach chairs are on the beach until October 31st. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

The bedroom and the living area, have access to the over-sized balcony. The primary suite has floor to ceiling windows and flat screen TV.

There is a king-sized bed in the primary suite. The primary suite has brand new furniture, mattresses and box spring. Luxurious and beautifully decorated to give you the ultimate beach vacation!

Thirteen hundred feet of magnificent, white-sand beach and beautifully landscaped tropical grounds await your arrival. The 6800-square-foot lagoon pool features waterfalls and a palm tree island that creates a Caribbean atmosphere. In addition, there are two seasonally heated Polynesian pools and three whirlpool spas. The 'Hang Out' snack bar and grill is located poolside at the Lagoon pool. A beach rental service provides on-site availability for Jet Ski, para-sailing, beach chair and umbrella rental services.

Long Beach Resort has gated entry and security patrol. The large parking lot is located right in front of the condo, with a covered portico and luggage carts adjacent to the mail box area in the lobby..
