Furnished tastefully with solid wood frames and warm textiles, The Park House is ideal for the distinguished traveler. The living room will soon become your go-to spot for winding down and spending time with loved ones. Access your favorite streaming channels or choose from an expansive cable package from the flat screen TV as a way to start or end your day. Open to the living room is a formal dining table suitable for four guests.

Just beyond the living and dining areas, a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass top range, and dishwasher. Fully equipped to cook a meal, guests can opt for a quick snack or cup of coffee before exploring the city. Have a quick cup and plan your day at the kitchen island.

The first bedroom features a Queen size bed, and an en suite bath with a spacious shower. The second bedroom towards the rear of the apartment boasts a King Size bed, featuring a full bath with soaking tub and standing shower. Extended stays (or traveling with little ones) are a breeze with a washer and dryer found inside the unit.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 80 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
