This contemporary two-story almost 1900 sq. ft townhouse is located in Creekside Village at Eagle Crest Resort. Welcoming you into the home is a slate entryway with a comfortable bench. The well-appointed kitchen includes granite counters and full appliances. It provides everything you need to fix a gourmet meal or serve up takeout. The dining area has a beautiful hardwood dining table with seating for 6 and 2 additional at the breakfast bar. Relax in the living room to watch the large screen HDTV and turn on the gas fireplace for a great evening of relaxing.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed and large primary bath (lovely separate soaking tub) and a private entrance to the hot tub and deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a tv, and a DVD player. The third bedroom is fun with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. The flexible loft area has an office setup if you need to work for a couple of hours.

For your entertainment- Enjoy dinner cooked on the gas BBQ and serve it at the patio table while you enjoy the sounds of the creek out on your private cobblestone patio. Your own hot tub on the back deck ends the day on a perfect note- lie back, decompress, and gaze at the stars while getting a relaxing massage from the powerful jets.

A two-minute stroll along the creekside path takes you to the Lakeside recreation center with a pool, splash park, children`s wading pool, exercise equipment, hot tub, basketball, and tennis courts. Lounge by the pool, laugh with the kids while they play in the splash park and wading pool.
